The graduates of the Correctional Employee First Training Academy Nov. 22 consisted of 15 correctional officers, 1 correctional counselor, just one foods company specialist, two bodily plant routine maintenance mechanics, and a person K-9 officer.

In a ceremony Wednesday, Nov. 22, the Delaware Division of Correction graduated and assigned 20 staff from its Correctional Worker Preliminary Education Academy.

The graduates took the oath of office environment and received their assignments in front of loved ones, good friends, and DOC officials, according to Kate Weber, DOC community information and facts officer.
